Prices & Payment
Prices are in Euro, US Dollar and Swedish Kr. Sales are effectuated against an invoice or credit card. Sales are not executed to incapacitated or minors, i.e. below 18 years.
Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include Swedish VAT @ 25%. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.
Import Duty or Tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
This is where you check that all details such as address, and means of delivery and payment are accurate. A valid email address is required. Your order will then be submitted by your clicking Place order.
Once we have received your order, an email of confirmation the same will be sent to you.
You can choose between Letter or Parcel. Delivery by Parcel is via UPS Express Saver. Either way, the time of delivery is 2-3 days.
The product carry’s a one-year guarantee from the date of Delivery. Warranty issues should be submitted to mail us. Provide order number, your preferred contact details, and a brief description of the issue. Do not return the product without having received a return number. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return letters or parcels. Further to this, the warranty terms detailed in the written information that come with the product apply.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days following delivery. This is done by sending a mail to us. Provide order number and your preferred contact details. The product should be as new and in its original packaging. The cost for returning the product is to be borne by you. Re-payments are done within 14 days within receipt of the returned product and processed the same way as when the order was placed.
Freight costs are added to all orders and are specified upon placing your order, i.e. before its submission.
Should the product be damaged or in any way not function properly, then a complaint should be sent to us within a reasonable time (within 14 days) frame by sending a mail to us. You should inspect the product upon receipt, check that it functions properly and meets your expectations in general.
Return shipments should be made in the original packaging in the first instance. Failing this, other appropriate inner packaging may be used. The wrapping of the outer packaging should be of such quality that is approved by the postal service for shipments of this kind. Costs for any transport damage caused by poor packaging will be borne by you. Once we receive the product in return it will be tested in accordance with your description of the defect.
Visible transport damage should be reported to us without delay, preferably the same day via phone +46 31 650170 Under no circumstances should you collect and/or open a package that appears to be damaged even if you believe the content is intact. We are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.
Our liability for defects
If we in any way are responsible for the defect or damage in question, then it will be remedied at our expense through repair, replacement or re-payment. Our responsibility is limited to the general conditions of sale and what is specified in the Swedish Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentköplagen 1990:932). We do not assume responsibility for any untoward consequences should the user of the product not follow its instructions. Nor do we assume any responsibility for erroneous functionality or damage of the product as a result of power failure and similar incidents beyond FM Marin’s control.
We assume responsibility for the personal data you have submitted to us. This information is used for the sole purpose of facilitating our obligations to you as a customer.
Sales via the homepage are governed by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59) and the Swedish Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentköplagen 1990:932).
In case of legal dispute we follow the recommendations issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklammationsnämnden).
